Massage Therapy from Florida Metropolitan University, Tampa,
FL and is a **certified personal trainer. He uses
his skills to motivate clients and accelerate their progress
in obtaining desired fitness goals through weight training,
dynamic and cardiovascular exercise and proper nutrition.

Personal Trainer
Rae Anne Meyer is a graduate of
Bethany College and holds certification in personal training.
She uses her unique personal experience to help guide people
through their own weight loss' and physical fitness. An avid
outdoorsman and animal lover, Rae Anne is committed to showing
her clients how to use their home & outdoor environment to
maximize their weight loss and fitness goals.
Rae Anne's enthusiasm has own the hearts of many and her philosophy
of "you do not need a lot of time, money or equipment to get
fit or stay motivated" has changed the lives of many
people.
RaeAnne aims to provide you with the most exciting Personal
Training experience that is out there. Whether
it is to save you time by training you at your own home, or
by saving your resources by showing you how you can use your
environment to promote your physical wellness, though outdoor
boot camps and workouts. All workouts are geared to get you
motivated and moving whenever you find the time to fit your
workout in.
